    Eating freshly-prepared, healthy meals at home can be a reality!

    Having a personal chef is likely more affordable than you think...
    If you eat out three or more times a week, you can easily afford a personal chef .

    • Chef JoAnna will visit your home and get a feel for what your kitchen is like. She will do a brief inventory of your cooking appliances and help you decide how you want your food served. (If you've never had a Personal Chef before, click here to see how this whole thing works).

    • Based on your needs, Chef JoAnna will arrange an appointment where she will help you create a menu that best suits your event, your tastes, your cooking appliances and dining space. You will always have final approval on the menu.

    • Chef JoAnna will shop for you, prepare all your favorites exactly the way you like them & leave your kitchen spotless.

    So the only thing left is to decide how often you'd like to eat home-made food!

    Cancellation Policy

    One or more sessions per week
    Come home to a freshly prepared dinner. Additional meals are packaged for later reheating. Two menus are prepared per session, yielding enough food for four seatings.

    Here's an idea of how it would work for once a week session: (Varying according to your preference, of course)

    • Monday: Roast Chicken, Glazed Carrots, mashed Potatoes
    • Tuesday: Spaghetti and Meatballs, Salad, Zucchini
    • Wednesday: Roast Chicken, English Peas, Rice Pilaf
    • Thursday: Hot Meatball Sandwiches, Green Salad

    Less than one session per week
    Today's hectic lifestyles make it difficult to enjoy a home-cooked meal. Chef JoAnna makes yummy, healthy, freezer-to-oven cuisine.

    Some ideas of what you might request are:

    • Lasagna: Vegetarian or Meat, as you prefer.
    • Soups & Stews: Low-fat, Hearty meals anytime of year.
    • Noodle or Rice Casseroles: No canned soups in these creations!
    • Pizza & Calzones: All-natural, wholesome ingredients
    • Crock-pot Meals: Just assemble and turn the crock-pot on

    These are plans that have worked well for my clients in the past, but if you have something else in mind, please let me know and we can create a unique plan just for you.

    How often do you need a Personal Chef?

    A "session" is the term used to describe each time Chef JoAnna comes to your residence to cook for you
    An "entrée" is a meal consisting of a protein, a vegetable, and a starch. Starch can be omitted at client's discretion.
    A "seating" is similar to a restaurant visit: Everyone present gets a serving, no matter how many attend.

    One Time Event: One session, one entrée, one seating.
    Usually a special event. This is considered "in-home catering" and is billed as such.

    Once per week: One session, two entrées, 4 seatings total.
    Think of this plan as "dinner for 4 nights, and the other 3 nights are on your own".

    Twice per week: Two sessions, two entrées per session, 8 seatings total.
    A good way to think of this plan is "dinner every night, plus 1 weekday lunch".

    Three times per week: Three session, two entrées per session, 12 seatings total.
    Think of this plan as "dinner every night, plus several weekday lunches".

    Every other week: One session, two entrées, 4 seatings total.
    Give yourself a break. This plan eases the burden of cooking for your family every night.

    Once per month: One session, four entrées, 8 seatings total.
    Two entrées are made fresh, to be eaten within 5 days. The other two are selected especially so they can be frozen, and enjoyed the following week..

    In all instances, remaining meals are packaged and refrigerated, or frozen if appropriate.
